I'm not sure why people mention that the homeless people make the area feel uncomfortable or unsafe. They are people too, and no one has ever bothered me while staying there many times. Plus, the Ale House is nearby and Morrissey House is across the street!

Pro: It was close to downtown. Reasonable upgrade upgrade to Junior suite but bed was uncomfortable. Were there for a week and had left sign on door a number of times to have the room refreshed and it wasn't done till our last day after i went to the reception to ask for it as well . Wife felt very unsafe with the homeless who seemed to be roaming freely in the undergroundparki

Nice hotel and staff - sketchy area
Nice hotel - we especially appreciated the breakfast included in the room rental! The only downfall was the several drug-using, homeless folks congregating in the covered parking lot, as well as the entire downtown area; we didn't feel very safe walking around, and would reconsider walking around the downtown area if you're bringing your family. Not the hotel's fault, but very sketchy location.

Lication siuted our needs. The Morrisey Restaurant across the street was great. The beds took a little getting used to. The rooms are a little dated but adequately appointed. Breakfast was okay but they ran out of orange juice and sandwiches. Front desk staff and room cleaning personel were good
