Very small rooms and bathroom. Luggage did not fit in properly. Bed was topped with a mattress topper hiding its real mattress underneath which was old and in poor condition.

A good location with many amenities
Sam at the Front Desk was wonderfully helpful, cheery and kind, a breath of fresh air. The hotel's location is excellent, and it has every amenity (a stuffed animal in every room, a fridge, rainforest showers). The rooms can be small and very dark, but on balance this is a good selection in a city where it can be hard to find reasonable hotels.

The perfect London treat
Sloane Square Hotel was complete perfection for my stay in London; out the door was everything I needed at my fingertips, I could walk to my favorite places, catch the tube or the many handy cabs. The total dream stay in London; the staff were kind, hospitable, and couldn’t do more to make sure my stay was everything & more that I needed. Also a note that the food at the restaurant was excellent - fresh, healthy & delicious. Bravo to the team (& Sam), with much gratitude Jane

Not sound proof, could hear every little noise which kept us awake every night of our stay. Tiny cramped room and very dated, curtains hanging off the pole and paint coming off the wood works/doors. Wont return.

A great little hotel, great location and staff
The hotel is clean, tidy and in a great location and suits me when I need to come into town for meetings. The staff are all pleasant and helpful. Despite the busy location, the rooms are all quiet, with black out curtains and just the right level of air con.
