Room and shower very small. Shower would not run hot.

Great location near Sloane Square Underground station, lots of great shops, and Belgravia. Our room faced the square which can be very loud. The shower is bit tight but the room was comfortable.

A very nice hotel in a great location. Excellent & friendly staff. The room was charming, but the air conditioning never cooled the room sufficiently (I told several people about that during our stay, but it was apparently not fixable). Also, the continental breakfast was average.... and cost 20 pounds! (with less options than you would get from a free breakfast elsewhere). All that said, the hotel was very nice overall and we would genrrally recommend it.

We liked the boutique quaint feeling and breakfast was excellent. Restaurant not so good. Our key cards did not work and we had to return to checkin. The breakfast room was lovely overlooking the square. I'm sure it will be even nicer when the lobby remodel is done.

the only issue - was that the shower was so small, anyone over 150# cannot actually fit into it- even at 125# i found it extremely difficult to access and could not shampoo my hair without turning off the water - still my elbows hit the sides of the shower repeatedly- i have never seen. such a tight situation

This is a great hotel! Location is absolutely perfect, literally across the street from Sloane Square, with more dining and shopping options you could hope for. Also, tube station is across the street. Amazing staff, very clean and comfortable room. I will definitely come back.
