The room is okay but the communication/property management is terrible.
I have booked this room with free change/cancellation. Since I had a change of travel plan, I requested to shorten my length of stay well before the “free change/cancellation ”deadline. Multiple attempts were made to reach the property directly and via expedia but there is no reply even we have left our messages. On the day before the deadline for change, the expedia team could finally reach the front desk and they acknowledged that I will check-in later. But then, right after the free cancellation period, the property management team replied to both me and expedia team that the request has been denied and my money will not be refunded, which totally defeated the purpose of adding money to make booking with free change/cancellation! And the timing of reply almost made me think that this could be deliberate. The property management team is super unresponsive and irresponsible.
Luckily, expedia held accountable at the end, but I have spend much time handling this during my vacation and I find this experience very disturbing and frustrating. Would not recommend this property.
