Good location for theatres and shopping. Breakfast good though could be a bit chaotic, especially when no mugs/bowls available. Lifts to rooms slow. But room was comfy and clean, staff pleasant.

Excellent location! Lobby area and check in easy. Didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on the food. We had a classic twin room on the sixth floor. The only negative was that when we moved one of the beds over slightly, it was clear the cleaners skip this part as we found a packet of half used cigarettes and lots of crisp crumbs.

This hotel offered a convenient and comfortable stay for 3 nights. the rooms feature very good air conditioning for thoes hot summer days. while the rooms were simple we appreciated the central location and access to transit, dining and shopping.

Last minute find!
A last minute stay to facilitate work I was impressed with the hotel and my fabulous view from my refurbished room on the 12th floor! Excellent value for money, my room was perfect for a solo stay and had a nice shower. I would have liked a mini bar and an iron in the room and found it was a little difficult to navigate to the communal ironing room which took up coffee time in the morning! The mattress was very firm which is a plus for me but could do with a topper for a little more comfort. Great location in the heart of London, would stay here again and think it’s a great tourist location to stay.

Very well located central London hotel
5 night stay in an excellent hotel for me, as it's a minute from Tottenham Court Road tube station. The room was very clean and was serviced every day. The buffet breakfast is very good and well worth adding to the room cost - it has a huge variety of breakfast foods both hot and cold. I will be returning to this hotel later in the year.

Ideal location for access to the tube station Oxford st for those shoppers. Walking distance to China town and to mist of the theatres if that’s your pleasure. Only thing Is if you are a tourist and planning any the hop on hop off busses there isn’t really a stop close

The hotel is a good location. The metro is near. There’s a cute cafe around the corner of the hotel where we had breakfast during our stay. There’s a McDonald’s near by too. Hotel entrance was perfect away from the foot traffic.

The location alone keeps it open…
The rooms are small and too hot. The air con is right in front of window, so the curtain gets caught it it and the cold air trapped behind the curtain. Not all rooms have air con. The rest have small desk fans, which have probably been around since the hotel opened as they either don’t work, or work poorly. Out of the 6elevators they have, only 2 of them seem to ever work. The rest are just for show. And there is only 1 place to seat in the reception area. And there is no dedicated smoking area out the front. As well as this, the porter staff at the entrance have bad attitude and is judgemental. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable. For the price they charge, I’d expect a little more effort..
