Great location and clean
Clearer check in instructions in advance would be good. Room was excellent, slightly noisy as it was roadside, so perhaps improving glazing to reduce din. Hair dryer was missing, listed on itinerary, but not found. Managed without. Overall, pleasant stay and perfectly located.

This 1930s themed hotel is a great location. Can walk to Russell Park (2 min), British Museum (10 min), Piccadilly Circus area (15-20 min), Big Ben & Parliament & Hyde Park (25 min). Staff was very helpful. Great breakfast at a good price - their porridge was some of the best I've had. Arranged efficient airport transfer for us. Would recommend they highly.

Good location but has some problems
No hotel notice on the outside of the building for guests on where to check in. Elevator was confusing on which floor to reach reception. Carpet was over smelly with freshener leading to guest rooms. Constant street noise made sleeping through out the night difficult. You are near a hospital which added to the street noise. Bathroom high tub, was difficult to climb out of without any handrail support. Ok neighbourhood. Near sights. But overall I did not enjoy my stay.

Rooms and beds were spacious. Furnishings new and good condition. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Location was fabulous with bus and underground just around the corner. Clean safe and a great place to stay, don’t hesitate book this hotel.

The Morton delivered on what's important to me: safety and convenience. It's a cute boutique hotel with friendly and efficient front desk staff. The room was comfortable and clean and perfect for 2. My daughter and I felt at home. In terms of pricing, I found the value good for the location and access to restaurants and shopping. We took Uber at night, and pick-up and drop-off were super easy. If you like boutiques, The Morton is a great option.

Location location location! The Morton Hotel is across from a beautiful park (Russell Square). It is a 15 minute walk to the West End. The area is nice and quiet, surrounded by coffee shops and nice restaurants. The room itself was wonderful. Comfortable bed, large bathroom. The staff were also very friendly. We would stay here again! Thank you to the Morton team for a pleasant visit.

The best hotel in London!
A beautiful hotel at Russell Square. Our 5 night stay was excellent. Staff Redouine and Kenny were exceptional, welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had a large, bright suite with a very comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. We were able to have laundry done during our stay. I highly recommend this hotel as a base in London. Easy access to the Tube and bus stops within feet of the front door.

Very nice staff, prompt help if needed. The bed was extremely comfortable. I was impressed with the large bathroom and giant bathtub! My room wasn’t on the street side, it was very quiet.
