Mohammad and Yan are very kind. They offered us water, tea or coffee everyday. There were bowls of candy and fruit available in the lobby and fruit, cookies and water bottles in our room daily. Yan especially helped us with directions. We appreciated their hospitality.

We wanted to stay in a old quaint hotel. This place was perfect. The staff was very friendly. The rooms are small but it is a very old building. Close to Waterloo station for those taking a cruise out of Southampton.

Delightful place to stay. The staff gave the best welcome ever. The room was prepared with attention to detail. Clean, comfortable and happy hotel, a short walk from Waterloo Station and The Old Vic. Great streetfood market and pubs nearby.

The staff were amazing - so lovely and friendly and answered queries I had about the surrounding area and some of the features of my room! Such a cosy vibe, with the rooms being not too big and not too small - so you feel really at home and comfortable. Breakfast on both days was lovely - a lovely selection of continental foods and teas etc. Overall a wonderful stay, we were sad to leave!

Clean room with all facilities needed I stayed on the top floor and had a skylight in my room. It poured with rain all night and it was loud on the skylight. I appreciate that isn't something the hotel can control. Friendly staff

Its the nicest hotel I ever stayed. Greeted us with flowers so many candies and cookies and fruit nice breakfast. The staff are very nice and friendly. The owner itself is a nice guy and gave us a souvenirs of their very own mug with logo which I really love it and the room is clean and comfortable. It’s so convenient walking distance to the London tower bridge and to the market borough that you can have the taste of almost everything👍👍👍

Excellent customer service! The two gentlemen working the front desk were very helpful on checkin and check out. Breakfast was very good and more than enough to get started for the day. The hotel was close to the tube station so very it was very easy to get to where you were going.Great value for your money. I would definitely stay here again.
