Did not meet expectations.
I did not know the hotel façade was having repairs. This did not detract from the beautiful building and glamour I expected. The entrance to the hotel is lovely and ceiling is glorious, just needs a clean. Staff are wonderful and could not be any more helpful. Stepping out the lifts however was a huge anti-climax , the carpets are dated and worn. Especially the carpets leading to the Pool areas from reception. The Bathrooms by the Pool and conference facilities' are dirty and need a clean and service. Quite a let down from the expectations. My room bathroom was not the cleanest and the shower curtain was too short for the bath, thus flooding the floor. Nice location, but a disappointing venue.

When booking your room, if you can add on the breakfast, do it. It’s so worth it. The staff is as amazing in the restaurant. They were so kind and helpful. That staff is the reason why I would return!

The location is by far the best thing going for this property. Other than that, the cleanliness was well below par for a property of this price, the staff was not very responsive to needs and did not care, we had to change rooms due to hotel turning off AC and having the heat on, etc. The building itself is just dated. The fitness center is nice, the pool is good sized. Overall, it’s just not on par with similarly rated hotels. It did not meet expectations.

The Dilly is a beautiful hotel with lots of historic charm. It is located at a convenient, central location. The rooms are comfortable. The staff, while on duty, are very professional and courteous.

A grand hotel in a great location so convenient for Transport, Sights and Dining options. A good stay in a comfortable room and the highlight was breakfast which was superb. The hotel doorman must be the best in London so knowledgeable and always happy to assist.

very "London" hotel with large rooms, very clean, friendly staff that was helpful in getting us taxis to get to places or pointed us in the right direction when walking around. Purchased their buffet breakfast which was very good.
