We had a lovely room with a balcony. There was a kettle and complimentary hot drinks and snacks in the room. Shower was nice and powerful plus there was a bath as well. Room very clean They store luggage before check in and after check out. 5 min walk to the museums.

It's OK but not great
There was an odd smell in the room ( perhaps damp?) - we reported this on checkout. The cleaning staff had left a clump of hair attached to the carpet - I'm not petty, I put in in the bin, but it was not a good start. The evening receptionist was playing his own music quire loudly when we were trying to enjoy an evening drink - this was with the piped music going as well ! The set up of the room was a bit cramped

Great Location Small Room
This hotel was a perfect location-only 2 blocks from the Soth Lexington Underground Station and near 3 museums and many excellent restaurants. All the staff was very friendly. I knew hotel rooms in London were small but the room I had on the cruise ship I arrived on was 2 times the size of this room. Essentially the king bed and a bathroom that strangely was very big. Could have use 1/2 the bathroom for additional room space. There is a closet but no dressers of any kind to unpack your clothes

Clean, Comfortable, Friendly/helpful Staff
The rooms are not huge, but are both clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, and the staff are warm, welcoming and very helpful. The fact that this is stay number 12 at this place probably gives a good idea of how I feel about it.

Lovely little hotel. Room was on the small side though - not much space to put our clothes. Liked the coffee machine and snacks left out each day. Happy hour was good value for a cocktail in the evening. Our room was a bit noisy which was disappointing. Mostly not the hotels fault, but an inconsiderate guest slamming their door throughout the night and having a loud phone conversation just outside our door. The floorboards in other rooms were very creaky though.

A gem for a couple's visit to London
Excellent hotel from almost every point of view: - Location: two major Tube stations within 5 minutes walk; 15-20 minutes Tube or bus ride to the Westminster side of central London; The Museum of Natural History is right around the corner - Food: Brilliant service and decent menu, including breakfast + good choice of cocktails to wrap up the day - Rooms: Each one is very functional an individually appointed, very clean, excellent shower + bath. Maybe on the smaller side but you are in London! - Staff: outstanding from check in to check out - Value for money: very good

The location is really fantastic. Very close to lots of dining, attractions, and transportation. The room itself was fine, but not luxurious. Outlets were hard to access, shower I was tiny, and there were a few stains on the floor and general signs of wear and tear. Still a good home base though.
