Get rid of the offensive ‘discretionary charge’ just pay your staff… this is not the US. The hotel is pompous but without sufficient style, class or product to support it - if pomposity can ever be supported. Get rid of embroidery on the sheets and do some decent repairs. Just a bit naff.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The staff were amazing. It’s a beautiful building and we were lucky to have good weather I will definitely be back sooner rather than later.

The hotel staff were amazing. They went out of their way to make us comfortable and to accommodate our needs. From morning coffee in the lounge, helpful concierge service, and drinks in the bar to end the day, it was a wonderful experience. We will return.

We had an amazing 2 night stay rooms had everything you needed and lovely finishing touches like biscuits and chocolate left for us each evening. Staff went above and beyond highly recommend. The Leopard bar was beautifully decorated too. Within walking distance to lots of places and tube stations so easy to get around
