Great for theatre stay
Perfect location for theatre visit. All theatres within 5-10 minutes walk. Hotel nice and quiet, although our room overlooked Shaftesbury Avenue we were not disturbed by traffic noise.

Great time there in July. First time visit to London and it was a blast. This location is central to everything London, including the Elizabeth line from Heathrow (10 min walk). Place is clean and great service. Breakfast was nice. We were high enough not to hear any street noise, and it was busy. Had warm shower water the days we were there and finally no hot water the last night for some reason. That was annoying. But otherwise great place to stay. Even saw Le Mis down the street!

Great location, short walking distance to theatres, Covent garden, shops etc. Very noisy during the night due to road traffic. Breakfast room very small, ok but not the best. Would stay again due to convenience but would opt for room only and eat breakfast out.

Loved the service of the staff and our room was amazing! Very clean and an excellent location. I would only ask the staff not to recommend the shuttle person that they called for us to the airport. He was awful, 0 personality and charged $200 usd for a $70 Uber ride! Thank you again!
