Good location near Victoria, very clean and modern. Comfortable and good mini kitchen facilities including kettle. Smart layout for small room. Staff always greet with a smile, very approachable. This is 2nd Resident Hotel we have stayed in after theatre evening, rather than running to try to get train home. For us perfect balance of clean functional tasteful space - will definitely book this hotel group again.

Brilliant place to stay! Staff fantastic and super helpful. Room well appointed and comfy. Kitchenette, a real bonus!! Tube very close, M &S and eating spots too. Lovely walk past Buckingham Palace through park to Piccadilly area.

We loved this hotel. It’s a 3 minute walk to Buckingham Palace and 4 minute walk to Victoria station. It’s a wonderful and safe area. Lawerence was very helpful in every detail from speedily checkin, info and recommendations and willing to help us to store our heavy excess luggage for a week as we head over to Belgium and Paris. Highly recommend to anyone ! We will be back !!

Kitchenette feature was useful (sink, fridge, plates and cutlery). Room wasn't large, but it's London. No facewashes or bars of soap in the bathroom, the tub was a tripping hazard. Confusing array of light switches. I would stay there again but would need a safer shower.

A wonderful hotel
The staff were absolutely fantastic and made our stay really special, decorating the room for my sister’s 18th birthday with balloons, Prosecco, chocolates and a hand written card. The bed was super comfortable and the location is perfect. Would definitely stay again!

My wife and I booked a vacation in London for a 7 night stay through Expedia and the Resident Vitoria was chosen as it seemed to be in a pretty central location come to all the tourist attractions and right in central location with the Buckingham Palace just steps away. When we arrived much earlier than then check in time, we received the friendliest service right from the start until the day we left. The room was simply the best I have seen to date during all the vacations I have taken so far, I liked that they thought of every convince travellers could need down to providing a fantastic little kitchenette with cups, plates cutlery, microwave and coffee maker. I especially liked that they would replenish coffee and tea with milk so I didn't have to worry to have my coffee first thing in the morning which I am used to. The staff was helpful and always willing to provide any advice to make our trip more pleasurable, especially Lawrence whose tips were very helpful during our stay. Room service was provided everyday, which I recently noticed has been declining with other hotels as it is only offered if requested. In all honesty my experience was non less than staying in a five star hotel at the price of a four star. Location is the key bonus point as everything is within a short walk including the underground and food stores. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it to anyone who is visiting London and keen to see all the interesting tourist attractions.
