This was the a wonderful hotel. The rooms are the perfect size, very cute and very cozy. They have everything in the room you would need, including an assorted tea bar. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to quite a few of London's popular landmarks. They serve a wonderful complimentary breakfast at the restaurant on the first floor.

Great location right near Big Ben, Westminster etc etc. Staff were great and helpful, food nice and bar downstairs had great service. Easy access to local tube station.

Nice breakfast Great central location Very quiet room Staff chastised me at checkout that I didn’t arrange an airport transfer ahead of time, even though that was the first I’d ever heard of this as an option. I would’ve taken advantage of this opportunity if anyone had told me about it. Shower difficult to get in and out of if a person is mobility challenged.

This was a great place to stay. Close to West Minister Abbey. Big Ben was very walkable and even Buckingham Palace was walkable. The hotel was clean and quiet.

The room (2 twin beds) was small, very small. I paid 348.00 British or $445.79 US Dollars a night. The location is very close to Westminster Abby, and a tube station. Nice pub downstairs where I had an included breakfast every morning. The staff was great.
