Short stay west kensington.
I thought for the price, in London, the hotel was ok.. The wifi wouldn't work, also the heating didn't work, which in winter proved quite difficult.. Overall the place was clean, and had everything I could need. The bed was comfortable and very fresh and clean, the location is perfect and the shower was nice and warm.

Horrible
Misadvertised- the room smells like bacon grease & is the size of a closet. Was really looking forward to staying somewhere bigger than 8x10ft.

Studio flat not as pictured very small the bathroom drains barely work, toilet is under the sink
Trying to get instructions to get into the studio basement flat on fairholme, in Fulham and Hammersmith, London) (Sorry I was not allowed to disclose the actual address.) I had to make Long Distance calls from the States to an answering machine that that didn't always answer, I tried Calling quite a few times. Finally two days before we left I got instructions to get into the flat, I was a little scared being as my only contact number doesn't always answer and I was trying to switch to an international phone. Shower has to be cycled on and off because the drain was so slow that the shower filled up of water very quickly, I had the plunge the toilet probably 10 times during our stay because it would not drain, The bed was lumpy but I managed to sleep anyway, One of the towels was apparently dirty looks used (it was wrinkly) hanging on a hanger in the closet (scary) so we had 3 bath towels, no hand towels, no washcloth TV would not get any channels but hey you're in London that's no big deal we didn't need it. Make sure you follow all the instructions you need to get into your apartment and unlock the basement door leading to the hallway of your apartment because you will need the key fob to unlock that. The place was very small and gross with mold in the showers. The only plus was that it was close to West Kensington subway station you can walk there very easily even with bags. I highly discourage renting this piece of property (our friends that travelled with us got a flat 8 times the size for only another $15 a night).

If a threadbare student bedsit is what you want!
This apartment is nothing like the ones depicted in the photos. Threadbare and basic. TV does not work and keeps switching itself on and off at random. You better hope there is no fire in this building because you will need to untangle the extinguishers from under a pile of vacuum cleaners. Builders were on the premises and sanding down walls creating a blizzard of dust that seeped under the doors and covered every thing. At the end of their shift the dust set off the fire alarms throughout the whole building. These kept ringing until 10pm until a resourceful guest managed to find a kill switch for the system and turn it off. During all this, none of the phone numbers provided for the building management were being answered. I left messages and eventually I got a text reply that accused me of making a 'false accusation' about the fire alarms. Really! The building was full of dust and the fire alarms were ringing off constantly and I'm being accused of making false accusations. I have video evidence on my phone as proof. Whats my recomendation about this property. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!

Small apartment close to olympia
We stayed at the short let for bank holiday weekend as we were attending an event at olympia. It was well located near 2 tube stations for east access to the rest of London. It was quite small and basic as expected, there was originally 4 in our group but 2 dropped and it was probably for the best as the apartment was tiny and would have been vastly overcrowded!! Tiny bathroom barely room to turn, ladder up to the main bedroom is scary at the best of times and a very low roof (which I hit my head a couple of times). States luggage storage is available however on day of departure I had to beg a hotel near Olympia to save our bags as the owner couldn't store them past 2pm!!! Luckily the other hotel saved our trip!!!

Handy for getting to my office near Earl's Court
The room was just as described. A studio apartment with a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed. I didn't fancy climbing the ladders so slept downstairs (the bed settee converts to a bed). The bed was comfortable and all linen /towels were clean and fresh. Everything was clean and tidy. There is a freezer, (plug in if you need it), a fridge and a cooker and microwave. The wardrobe next to the showere room also has a iron and an ironing board.

Extremely disappointing!
I was so disgusted with this hotel that myself and the rest of the party travelling with me had to actually go out and buy cleaning products and air fresheners etc to clean the place ourselves before we could even bare to sit in what tiny room we had! Even then we still went out to buy our own bed sheets and pillows etc also! The stairs are so narrow that you practically have to be turned sideways to get up or down them, the "living area" is completely non existent when the sofa bed is turned into a bed (which had almost half the wooden bed slats missing). The bed above the living area is so close to the ceiling that you can't sit up in bed without banging your head on said ceiling! Which might I add is full of damp from the flat above! And again the bathroom is also so tiny that there is no room to get dressed in there after having a shower this lead to us all having to ask everyone to go to the living area whilst we each took it in turns to get dressed in the kitchen. I think it is extremely unfair to advertise this as a "superior room" as it a far cry from being such! Also I don't agree with the fact that there were holes all over the walls with pipes and wires hanging out into the staircase leading to the room (I understand that work needs to be carried out but to still allow people to book in to this is rediculous) I strongly recommend anyone reading this review to avoid this accommodation at all costs!

worst hotel
Awful hotel, staff were unavailable at all the first day so ended up in an unlock able room that smelt absolutely awful. No remote for tv, builders outside, had to climb over ladders in the dark to get to room. Do not recommend avoid this place

Worst management. Please avoid!
We never ended up staying at this hotel---for the simple reason that we couldn't get in!!!! We arrived at 9.30 at night from the airport, really tired. There was no one to let us in. Some residents, who tried to help us, told us that the hotel was supposed to send us a code to enter the building. However the hotel did not send us a code. The residents even tried to call the hotel management on our behalf but no one picked up the phone. We also heard of other horror stories from passersby and residents where hotel guests stood out for hours, unable to get in. We were there until 11 pm when we made a reservation elsewhere and called Uber and drove to another hotel. This was such a horrible experience. On our first night in London---we were so exhausted from our flight, and imagine we could not get into the hotel. Please don't book here! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

AWFUL ACCOMMODATION.
When we arrived couldnt get in. The instructions given were to the wrong apartment. Had to telephone to be told to access a different numbered key safe. The photos on website are very deceiving. Good camera work! More like a bed sit. Extremely small. Poor furniture and fittings. Shabby. Inadequate kitchen facilities. Curtains are things and rail having off the wall. Can not open or close curtains. Throughout our stay there was a fridge on the pavement outside our ground floor room. The toilet/shower room is as small as a anecdotes toilet and this no exaggeration. Wardrobe is in the entrance to room a weird angular shape so could fit in. There is a VERTICAL ladder in the room to a floor with a double mattress on floor if 4 were staying. You would have to crawl into bed. The ladder is a death trap. The bed is hard and uncomfortable. BedGinge was not a duvet it was a mattress thin padded mattress topper! No idea how this place passed relations for guests! Or who designed and furnished it on tbe VERY CHEAP. Would definitely NOT recommend it to anyone ever. Having said this it made us get out early every morning get a decent come back know late so we saw alot of London and sights and actually had a fantastic time.

Not very nice
Nothing like the pictures. I had paid for the superior studio and clearly received one of the standard ones. Tiny, uncomfortable really really shabby. The sheet didn't fit the bad properly. The wifi was awful. Excellent neighbourhood, nice concept, terrible application. I choose short let flats fairly often, my advice is to move on and find a better one.

Do not stay here. The bed is in a loft that has a 3 foot ceiling. Very suffocating. Also, it is an old mattress on wood with a sheet that does not fit. the unit is so small that there is no room for your suitcase. The kitchen counter is a piece of wood. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

the smallest room I've ever stayed in! It was hard to move around.. The sink in the bathroom was blocked, but luckily there was a sink in the "kitchen" (not really a kitchen, just a corner with microwave and fridge in living room). Bed was very uncomfortable and there are also stains on the wall next to bed, so I was covering it with a pillow (it was so disgusting to look at it..)The place needs a proper cleaning and maintenance. However, I've got this room for a very good price, so I was not very disappointed. But please don't trust nice pictures (maybe that room exists somewhere, but most likely you will be staying in absolutely different one)
