This hotel has a beautiful view of the tower bridge. We enjoyed the day and night views of the bridge. It is very close to the train station and adjacent to the tower castle. They have super dining options. I would stay here when I visit London again. Highly recommend to my friends.

Very nice hotel. The staff was great, the room was clean, the hotel is close to the Tube and the view of the bridge was beautiful. Did not love the restaurant because the food was limited to burgers and fries plus a few other things. Breakfast was decent.

Horrible rooms very dirty! No shampoo conditioner empty bottles Reception never answer. If you are thinking to go here for a staycation with your kids and partner definitely would not recommend!

The hotel was good. Housekeeping came into my room while I was sleeping. I had the DND on the door. The bathroom sink had 2 faucets. One for hot, the other cold. I either had scolding hot or freezing cold while washing my hands. The area dies at night with not many options to eat or drink.

This property is not bad at all but the reasons for my low rating is 1. I didn’t even mind the dated, I mean very dated room. I guess they just give me the un renovated room but for 3 night we they didn’t put soap in our bathroom. The first night we requested we even left a written note for the housekeeping, but when we got back to the hotel, still the big bottle of soap container is empty. I’m glad I have a spare with me that I travel with.. 2. You can’t get a hold of anybody on the phone. It will only keep ringing and ring. You have to go down and talk to the people at the front desk.. 3. The elevator was a disaster. There was only one working during the peak hours of checking in so people have to go up and then go down. It will take you almost more than 30 minutes for the elevator..4. I understand that they are doing a renovation but early in the morning. The noise was so unbearable that I have to wake up and couldn’t go to sleep. As I said this property is really nice and have a lot of potential. Specially, the location we love the location, but it need improvement. The concierge downstairs is really helpful as well as the front desk .
