They put me in a top floor room with stains on the carpet when there was construction being done on the roof very late into the evening, waking me up out of a sound sleep when I had to be up at 5:00. Then they changed my room and the bathroom smelled like sewer most of the time.

This Hotel has the most beautiful views of Tower Bridge. The hotel was peaceful and the staff were lovely & most helpful. On arrival i had a bottle of wine & cheesecake due to my visit being a birthday surprise. The hotel is close to restaurants and a walking distance to a market which sells the most beautiful things. The Tower bridge looks stunning both day and night. The food at the hotel was also amazing and breakfast was a joy to have in the morning. The hotel was clean and all staff were polite and Amazing! I would most definitely return. Many Thanks for an Amazing weekend stay which i will treasure forever!

Whilst there was an amazing view the room was cold and there was an oil filled radiator plugged in which unfortunately still didn’t give enough ambient heat so we had to ask twice for another one to make the room a comfortable temperature.

Expected more!
Initially allocated standard room on 6th floor, nice looking room, quite modern furnishings, and good view over docks. However, the bath was filthy.... I have no idea what it was, but it was not a simple, run the taps and wash it away scenario. Went to reception and explained, showed photographs, and although we were moved, there was no apology or confirmation that this would be raised with housekeeping. If I was working here, I would have been embarrassed that guests found the room like this. The new room we were moved to was on the 8th floor, clean but was a bit tired and in my opinion needs updating, view also not as good as original room. It did what we needed, the location and rest of hotel we saw (public areas) were nice, but I would not rate this as a 4 star hotel from this experience.

Very nice hotel, always clean and smelling nice. The room was comfortable and despite not having a bridge view, had a lovely view of the dock/marina instead. Staff were always friendly and happy to help.
