The room was amazing. Clean comfortable and one of the best I’ve stayed in. I have high standards so that says it all. The staff were friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Also the food was lovely. Not cheap but when it’s excellent you don’t mind paying that little bit more! Was a very special occasion and I wasn’t let down. Would definitely go back in a heart beat

Acceptable room, poor room security.
Located ok. Road works outside was a nuisance but should only be for a short while. Smell of smoke in certain areas. Main concern was the lack of security around room access. Only card security door was not working therefore non residents had access to all corridors from the bar/ outside.

Enjoyable stay - seeing old friends. Easy access to the Thames with regular trips to Hampton Court which was excellent. Ideal spot for Twickenham rugby. Lots of good shops over the bridge and numerous waterside restaurants.

Nice stay
Booked a last minute room to go with our trip to the Hampton court flower show, hotel was 25 min walk so a great location. Over all the room was perfect, and the bar and breakfast was fantastic. My few issues were.. the room we selected was a “deluxe king room” ours didn’t look half a nice as the pictures? I thought we have been given the wrong room but like I said it was fine and was only in there for a sleep really. Shower looked good with plenty of space and one of those raining down shower heads.. but the water flow was that weak it may have been quicker and enjoyable to shower in the actual rain. Fan in toilet automatically comes on but I don’t know how long ago it was used cause when it came on for us it spurted a ton of dust and crap out all over the sides. Coffee machine.. looked nice and fancy, couldn’t wait for some of that.. intill I went to fill it with Water and it was filthy, I tried cleaning but every time I tried drying it with tissue it was still coming out dirty so I gave up. Other than that it was fine. Great location and looked great, big bed, big tv was happy overall.

The support upon arriving was excellent. The room entry door s were very heavy and had a strong spring. This meant most guests just let go of the door to close it with constant bangs. Very annoying. All in all very good.
