Great hotel in the heart of everything.
Great stay at this hotel. Amazing location. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and very clean. Even though we overlooked the main square, noise was minimal. Very comfortable and would definitely stay again.

We liked the hotel and my son wanted to rebook The hotel offered a reduced rate to not use hotels.com However when he arrived the hotel said that date £288 was only for 1 night not 2 which is what we asked for on 2 occasions!! At best this is a mistake by the hotel at worse a very very devious and fraudulent way to deceive an 18 year old naive boy

Should’ve taken the reviews seriously. No room available when we went to check in. Taken to another hotel that was nice but very small and we were on a short turnaround for dinner. First time I’ve had an issue with a hotels.com booking, but has really made me nervous about future bookings

Great location, although hotel is right on Leicester Square can't hear anything inside the hotel. Room was lovely, really spacious and bed was huge. Hotel kitchen was closed due to maintenance but was given the option to go to the sister hotel if wanting breakfast. Price was great for the location, so central to everywhere. Great hotel, would stay and recommend to anybody to stay if visiting London.

The room was lovely and the bathroom was very clean, loved the vintage look. The location was excellent close to the sites we wanted to visit. The staff was very helpful! The only negative was the noise from the street travelled up to our room at night.
