Fine is about the best I can say. Really soft bed and thin old hollow fibre pillows. Not to mention the room needing a deep clean (heavy dust on lap fitting, grout and caulk in the bathroom needed deep cleaning/replacing)

The ‘room’ is so super Noisy until 11pm. The bed was so soft in the middle that we had to rotate the mattress as a last resort. Bad backs be warned. There is only 1/4 of the free to air channels available??? The room is Absolutely tiny. The fridge broke and took 3 attempts to replace. Woken by a fire alarm at 5am. The area is quite disgusting. It is filthy, full of sad people down on their luck and we saw the end of a stabbing on the Main Street. For the money it is appalling. On the plus side, the staff (although one guy was obv battling the flu!!) were very friendly. The bathroom, although very dim, was good. Towels were Lovely.

such a lovely place to stay, perfect for what we needed it for! room was lovely and cleaned and was air conned which was so nice too. bathroom was nice and spacious and shower was amazing! definitely recommend staying here was in perfect location to train station and loads around to do as well! the lady behind the desk was super lovely and accommodating, made the stay as easy as possible! thank you so much, cannot wait to stay again!

The location is fantastic - right next door to the underground, overground and around the corner from Westfield London. Lots of options for food around too. Hotel room was small but to be expected. There were some things that could do with some more attention - stained curtains, headboards and the drain smell from the bathroom was almost unbearable at times. Access is all skinny and narrow stairs so be mindful of this. However staff were attentive and friendly. Thank you!

Very conveniently located hotel close to multiple train lines and a huge shopping mall. No elevator so taking luggage up flights of stairs is inconvenient but staff are happy to help. Rooms have air conditioning which is great for hot months

Amazing friendly staff! Always willing to assist, help and accommodate. Location is amazing and perfect for a London visit or stay (Next to underground Shepherd's Bush Station and Westfield London). Highly recommend and would stay at W12 Rooms again.

The hotel is literally right next to shepherd's bush station so very easily accessible, fast food, coffee shops & supermarket all less than 5mins walk. Hotel was ok for the price for London. On arrival our room had scaffolding outside the window so was unable to see anything, i wasnt informed about this prior to my arrival . Hotel not as clean as i would have hoped for, dirt in & around the shower, mould around the door frame. There was quite a gap under the front door which let in some light, i just popped the cushions infront to keep it dark. The windows are not great for blocking out noise, could hear the passing traffic, sirens & people all night. Staff were lovely & helpful.
