I’ve been to other Econo Lodge’s in other cities and this one is very outdated. The floor was uneven in our room and the hotel room just looked like a dump. We checked in a bit late so we didn’t have to stay in the room very long. The staff at the front were friendly though, I will say that!

The staff were nice and the location was convenient in the downtown. But the facility needs to be maintained better. The bathroom doorknob in my room was installed wrong. The button to lock the door was on the room side, not in the bathroom so I couldn’t lock the bathroom. Someone could be locked inside the bathroom accidentally! The bathroom ceiling had a water damage and started to sink in. It can fall out anytime. The beddings were dirty with stain. Terrible experience. Also on Expedia page it says the check-in starts at 2pm but actually it’s at 3pm. I hope they’ll correct the information and take care of the property better, at least safe enough for the guest to stay.

Things I liked: the location it was handy to walk for dinner. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was good; bagels, muffins, toast, cereal, 2 types of eggs, cream cheese etc. coffee and juice available. Things I didn't like: Our room was in the basement and was dingy. The sheets were clean but discoloured so could've doing with being replaced. There was an old banana still in the fridge when we arrived.

Very old and outdated, problems as soon as I got there, my door card didn’t work for the room, tv converter didn’t work, they tried to overcharge me for my room, no parking, it’s only on the street or a municipal parking lot which you will get a ticket after 2 hours. Bathroom is falling apart, they don’t clean thoroughly enough. No I will NEVER stay here again… I learned my lesson!

This property should be closed and reported to the health department. This is very poor for the Econo Lodge brand and for Expedia arranging Bookings for them. When we saw it and saw the conditions of the rooms and the hotel we chose not to stay there. This is the worst hotel I have ever seen.

This hotel is very rundown. The carpets in the hallways are creased and unsafe. The room I stayed in was uneven/not level. There was a strange odour that annoyed my allergies the 2 nights I stayed. There is no soundproofing between the rooms. You can hear everything! Only good quality was that the staff were friendly.

Made a online reservation. it was set at one price. get there. its more $$.- the air/ heater..in the room . had a bad smell when you turned it on.. blanket on the bed had stains on them.. the morning breakfast.. food was very limited. stale cereal. - only 4 bagels and one english muffin the marmalade was hard like candy -. you could not get it out to spread just one hard sticky ball.. when asked if there was any other jams available.. they said that is al there is.. and when showed that it was hard like candy .. and not edible.. nothing was done to help or fixed the problem.... you had to continuous go see the clerk to refill the milk and juice.. people would come in to eat., look around and nothing impressive... and would just walk away.. there was a metal tin set up with a sign for eggs. Empty nothing in that either. The overall time spent we were all not impressed.. It was one thing.after the other.. from the room then the breakfast..
