The hotel is in great condition, clean with good sized modern rooms. The hotel management were excellent. My only issue was how loud the people on the street were until well after midnight. Had that not occurred I would have rated everything as 5 star.

An inexpensive but great accommodation option close to the heart of Derry (walled area, peace bridge, tourist info etc). You receive an email with entry code prior. Rooms very clean and functional. Parking in a small carpark across the road is great but make sure you have plenty of coins (£€) as they don't accept cards. Would stay again.

When we first pulled up to this property with kids, I was so nervous to stay here. I started looking up other places to stay. But there was nothing else, so we decided to stay. I am so glad we did. It was clean, quiet and safe. The pictures are exactly how it was when we arrived. I would stay here again.

Our room faced the street and was almost unbearably noisy. The room does not have any fan or AC and it was a little stuffy, so we left the window open. However, the street below was extremely busy and filled with people out having a good time or cars revving their engines until almost 4 in the morning. We had to decide between the temperature or the noise, and we chose the noise. The hotel was great otherwise, we just weren’t expecting it to be as busy outside. If you’re looking for a place close to the night scene, this is it. If you’re looking for something a little quieter on a weekend night, this is not it.

Beware of the noise from the street !!
The hotel is modern & basic , rooms are good & location is handy . Parking over the road . Very noisy street at night , cars racing or reving their engines until after 2am , lots of shouting & people coming and going.

We could not have pucked a better place to stay in Derry. Althoght the Hotel iscsel check in the lively Maggie wasvthere to show us around on arrival and how to work lights, locks etc. Everthing we wanted to see was in walking distance.

Lo mejor es la ubicación del hotel, muy céntrico y con un parking a 3 minutos andando. Las instalaciones son completamente nuevas y están muy limpias, es una muy buena opción para visitar Derry. Por poner una pega, la luz del baño va por sensor de movimiento y no te detecta en la ducha, por lo que es muy probable que termines duchándote a oscuras. La nota de 3 estrellas para el personal es porque no hemos tratado con nadie en la estancia. Tanto el check in como el check out son completamente online.
