Great weekend getaway
We had a great stay! This was our second time at this property and will definitely come back. We love the quiet neighborhood and that it’s off the Main Street. It also has a trail to the beach. It’s a great place for kids and pets!

Spacious home was perfect for a girlfriends’ getaway. Kitchen was well-equipped, and open to the living area. Clean, comfortable and just steps from the beach and minutes to attractions.

Nice place. Needs updates.
Carole’s place is nice. This is our second stay there. Between stays (1.5 years) some things have been broken that need fixed. The kitchen cabinet door swings open randomly. The master shower is so low it hits you in the stomach instead of the the head, and many of the doors have scraped things. When we checked in we received a message that we needed to pick up a key. There was no key and no lockbox sign. I called. Was supposed to get an address texted to me because there is now a lock pad on the property. Never got a text with the address. Good thing I have stayed before and knew where to go. My daughter also lost her blanket there. I’ve messaged. We will see if I get a reply. Also all the patio chairs are broken so there’s no where to sit on the deck. This was very disappointing on some very sunny days! On to the good-the house sleeps a lot of people. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and coffee as well as some spices. The walk to the beach is pleasant, although the path was flooded so we had to ask the neighbors to use their access. The beds are Comfy and it’s a cozy place away from the craziness of downtown. Updates and better communication would make this the perfect place.

It was all good. We'll supplied house, clean, quiet neighborhood. No direct view of ocean, but if you are mobile, you could walk from back yard directly to ocean. It was not luxurious, but good value for the price.

Tiffany really was a gem, she was very helpful and great to rent from. We deffinatly would rent this house again, it was equipped with everything we needed. Comfortable, and close to beach. Very clean, We got to see deer and rabbits during our stay.

Nice get away.
Short walk to beach. Kitchen well stocked. Beds comfy. Some things are pretty outdated. Front door first impression, dirty and needs a paint job. We had a good time...plenty of room for 4-6 people. Great yard to play bocce ball. Wish we had brought our set.

Perfect Getaway with Walk to Beach
Exactly what we needed. A spacious, clean home with everything a getaway should have. We didn’t want the many problems hotels bring (we brought kids and dogs), and this place was perfect. Nice big sloping backyard with beautiful trees and a resident bunny. A nice walk to the beach with a bald eagle perch to help you find your way back. The kitchen was well stocked and very clean. I went home with CLEAN laundry— the washer and dryer are old school and work well. Nice flooring was easy to sweep clean. Lots of special touches for dogs, too. They provided poo bags and even a waterhose. The drive to town was easy and quick. The price is unbeatable.

Great little place. Old and needs some TLC but still safe, warm and in this case dry. Rained very hard a few times while there but very comfortable and six of us. three couples visited, played games and ate very well!
