The home boasts a large newly renovated kitchen that opens to both living and dining area. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need for a nice family meal. There is an outdoor dining table on the deck for when the weather is warmer. The kitchen, dining, and living room on main floor along with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Lower level includes second living room, laundry, two additional bedrooms, and one bathroom. Outdoor patio, deck with dining space, fire pit, hot tub, and trampoline for the kids (at your own risk). Everything you need inside and out for a wonderful family vacation.

Guests have access to the entire house and outdoor spaces, excluding the garage as that is locked off.

The property also has a rental guesthouse studio that can sleep 2. Spaces are detached with their own entrances, and provide private from each other. The driveway parking and hot tub are reserved for the main house guests. If you are looking for additional space for a family gathering you may rent both together.

The house is a quick .03 mile walk to downtown Niwot, a charming, unassuming, small-town just 10 min north of Boulder, with numerous local restaurants, breweries, art galleries, and shopping. Niwot contains miles of great walking/bike trails accessible right at the end of our road, with beautiful views in both directions. There are a lot of events and activities such as free concerts every Thursday in the summer and a wonderful Jazz fest in September.

The home is located 10 miles from Boulder and 5 miles from Longmont by car, or you can walk about .06 miles to a local bus stop that can take you into both Boulder and/or Longmont.

It was a perfect place for us. We had hoped to have more little family members, but that didn't happen. The kitchen was the biggest surprise. There was everything present to cook and bake.
