I thought it was a very clean nice property but first impression was a disgruntled staff member who was rude. We asked for recommendations she didn’t even offer help. She said she didn’t know. It was my son’s bday and she didn’t even say happy bday. Not that she had to but just want to make her disposition clear. She shouldn’t work in hospitality. The day we checked out, those lady’s were super friendly! The room was clean, the hotel had a bad smell to it.

Great location, just a few tweaks to be perfect.
The location was perfect, close to shopping and restaurants and everything we wanted. The room was comfortable, but the pillows barely functioned like pillows. Desk was out of water when we wanted to purchase some. Staff was very friendly and kind, and welcomed us wonderfully.

We enjoyed the comfort of our room and facilities We left early Saturday morning and returned that evening only find our room not cleaned and no clean towels Called the front desk and was told they do not clean any rooms on weekends ?
