How to Reach Villa Bellavista
From Pisa Airport (Galileo Galilei)

Distance : Approximately 25 km (30-40 minutes by car)
Directions :

Exit the airport and take the SS1 Variante Aurelia heading south towards Livorno.
Take the exit to the FI-PI-LI (Florence-Pisa-Livorno highway) towards Florence.
Continue until the Lavoria/Crespina exit.
Follow signs for Crespina and Villa Bellavista. The route is well-marked and takes you through charming Tuscan countryside.




From Florence

Distance : Approximately 75 km (1 hour by car)
Directions :

Take the FI-PI-LI (Florence-Pisa-Livorno highway) heading towards Pisa/Livorno.
Continue until the Lavoria/Crespina exit.
Follow signs for Crespina and Villa Bellavista. You’ll drive through picturesque Tuscan landscapes.




From Livorno

Distance : Approximately 25 km (30-35 minutes by car)
Directions :

From Livorno, take the SS1 Variante Aurelia towards Pisa.
Enter the FI-PI-LI (Florence-Pisa-Livorno highway) heading towards Florence.
Continue until the Lavoria/Crespina exit.
Follow signs for Crespina and Villa Bellavista.




From Pontedera Train Station

Distance : Approximately 15 km (20-25 minutes by car)
Directions :

Exit Pontedera Train Station and take the road towards Cascina .
From Cascina, follow signs for Crespina .
Continue until you reach Villa Bellavista.




Public Transportation

From Pisa Airport : Take a regional train to Pontedera, then a taxi or local bus to Crespina.
From Florence or Livorno : Take regional trains to Pontedera and proceed with a taxi or bus.
Local buses connect Crespina to nearby towns, but for maximum convenience, renting a car is highly recommended.
