House has everything you need for a creative retreat or a great family staycation, also could be a great place for photo shoots or small events. House is 5BR/4 BA and has 2 living rooms (downstairs and upstairs) that can each be utilized as a bedroom/sleeping space. House has washing/drying, HVAC, Brand new Grill, great setup for hosting, 1 GIANT TV in the living room (85") and a smaller one in the upstairs media room - both hooked up to Apple TV. County Line is across the street, the famous surfing break featured in the Beach Boy's Everyone' Going Surfing song. You are .1 mile from Neptune's Net, the famous eatery place that is great for sunset beers and fish & chips so you can walk there and start your morning with coffee or end it with beer or wine!
