We are offering a highly upgraded Bottom floor of a Duplex located in a prime Belmont Shore location. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities that one would expect from a 5 star rental. 4 flat screen TV's with Netflix. Double pane Windows for light sleepers. Forced air and heating, Sleeps 6 adults or Four Adults and 3 Children. Beach chairs and beach umbrella provided. High Chair and pack and play available upon request. Walk to 2nd Street, where you will find great dining and shopping at boutique shops and restaurants. Perfect location, beautiful home
I loved everything about Steve's place! Plush towels, bottled water in the fridge, kcups alredy provided, spices in the cabinet, all the pots/pans you could ever need - and a DRIVEWAY parking space!! The beds were comfy. The wifi was strong. The water was hot. I mean, this place had everything I could want. And the VIEW of the ocean is phenom. Loved it - I will definitely stay there again!

Wonderful spot!
This is a beautiful accommodation right across the street from the beach which has a long paved path for biking, running or walking. Ample coffee supplies, bottled water in frig, fresh flowers for our arrival, beach towels and chairs. We had a great stay! Thanks Steve!

Lovely little getaway in Alamitos Bay
Steve and Cheryl were great hosts and were there at check-in time to make sure everything was ready to go and even swept the porch themselves. The house was in the perfect location, especially with kids. It was a quick walk to the beach so it was easy to walk back and forth for beach gear and snacks. Neighbors were all friendly and the area felt very safe. Restaurants along 2nd Street were also walkable. We would definitely come back for another family trip!

wonderful Belmont Shore fest
We had the most lovely time in Belmont Shore and in this condo. The home was clean and comfortable, we all slept great in comfortable beds, and had unbelievably easy access to the beach, the bay, and walking to 2nd street. Morning coffee on the patio was exactly what we hoped for. Thank you.

I highly recommend this property to others. Especially if you have dogs . this week is a special week for my family. Steve was top-notch host and so sweet. He even dropped by to check in in person to make sure everything was going OK. You are not only right across the street from the beach but also right around the corner from an amazing swimming and kayaking spot. Loved loved loved this stay. My 87 year old mother and five of her kids went to Long Beach for a family wedding. We had a lot of places to choose from and we were all very happy with this rental. The layout of the house was awesome for our Mom. Steve was there to answer any questions. Over all I do believe this was an awesome stay.

This property was perfect for our family! It was clean and exactly as described. The location was great- steps away from the open ocean as well as a calm inlet for the kiddos to play. The hosts were super responsive and very accommodating. This was an awesome place to stay!!

We enjoyed our stay at this location. The distance from all the attractions we wanted to go to was perfect. The house itself was very pretty. The only downside would be the cleanliness. One of the bathroom tubs was pretty dirty and after a day or two my bedroom smelled like mildew. It was raining quite a bit the days we were there though. The rest of the house’s cleanliness was fine. Overall, had a great time and would book again.

Awesome Beach House
We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Everything was as expected or better. The instructions for an easy check in were very easy. All of the space was clean and comfortable. I have never stayed at a rented home with more comfortable beds. We slept like a rock. The neighborhood is close to everything by foot but was so quiet. We would love to stay at Steve's property again someday.

Wonderful place and location!
This was a beautiful property that was well-maintained, we very much enjoyed having such easy access to the beach. There were beach chairs and towels supplied, and the host was thoughtful enough to include some bottled drinking water in the fridge for us and coffee pods upon our arrival. Communication with the host was seamless, and he addressed any concerns that are Rose during our stay very promptly. I would highly recommend staying here, and we hope to as well again in the future!
