For what we needed it was fine. Certainly needs better cleaning though. Drains had a funky smell coming up out of them. Room had a musty smell. Floors were sticky.

You get what you pay for, but honestly this was a pretty nice place. Pros: They let us check in at 8 am. There was a microwave and fridge in the room. Pretty convenient spot for ubers to stop in the front Cons: Don't expect a five star hotel but I have no complaints concerning safety or cleanliness.

I had to wipe down the counter cuz it was dirty. The bed and the bath seemed to be clean. It was very quiet at night. It’s not a very good area but I was in for appointments at Keck medical. The price was right.

Worth the money
I booked this place last minute and I was really pleased with my stay here. With it’s affordable price point, you get what you pay for. The room was a lot bigger than I anticipated and even needed. It had a fridge and microwave, which I was happy about. The staff was also very accommodating.

Limited Parking at property, noisy surrounding due to being beside LA General Hospital. Reception wont give wifi password unless you ask. The showers were terrible and the wifi was bad. Probably won't book here again.

The guy at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. I asked for a print out of the motel’s policy and he was unable to provide it for me but wanted me to leave without a refund. I paid at the time of check in and he was trying to make me call expedia and do extra steps. He was raising his voice as well infront of his son as I was exiting my room asking me to pay 90$ for a roll up bed, not explaining that it was 30$ a night for it , he didn’t want to move me another room to accommodate to my extra guest. Mind you when I tried to pay there was nobody at the front desk and I had a event to be at, the whole stay I did not see one person at the desk till the last day, when it was him. He had called his boss and the gentleman was very nice and more accommodating then him. Dont recommend staying here, they didnt even leave clean towels for the stay. Worst service ever.

It is very convenient to hospital. Clean, minimalist. Parking easy. A little concerned about those ĥanging around entrance but close to trauma hospital and bus stop is probaly explaination. Price was fair

Check in and out was easy without any hassle. The room itself was not clean though. The floors were sticky and the room smelled. The bathroom wasn’t clean either. It’s smelled like urine and the shower curtain had mold. Limited parking in the garage and no security monitoring the area. They stated to us that they are not responsible for any vehicle damage in the garage. So that made us worry more about our rental. It was quiet for the most part.
