"My recent stay at the Cambria Hotel Burbank was extremely disappointing. The service was subpar as they never answered the phone and failed to deliver the items we requested for our room. Despite being promised a room with a working fridge, the one provided was broken and did not cool properly, even after informing them about my husband's diabetic medication needing refrigeration. Their solution was for us to use their fridge. The lack of basic amenities such as paper towels and the uncomfortable mattress only added to our discomfort. To top it off, there was no pool as advertised in their information and pictures. Overall, a truly unsatisfactory experience that fell far short of expectations."

The front desk concierges were awesome!! We flew in from Oklahoma City and was greeted with smiles and respect. Location was safe and centralized for what we were doing as far as activities go. While the room was very nice, modern, filled with good tech, there were a few things that could be improved: enough coffee/tea supplies, cups and glasses. There were only enough for 2 vs 4. Morning noise from a nearby room was as if it was in our room. Loud music. While the flooring was nice, we prefer carpeting. Lastly, the shampoo and body soap in the shower were empty.

Pricey for what you do and don’t get. No pool. Limited dining and staff. Asked for a cup of coffee to take to my room in the morning. was told kitchen was closed at 9:30 . Pointed out it was 9:25 and I only wanted a coffee to go. urn was on counter but staff refused to pour me a coffee. For $250 a night?? Wow. Hotel is new so clean and nice facilities. Rooms were okay, decent shower. No close mirrors for makeup. Located off the beaten path in Burbank. Won’t be returning 👎
