The room was perfect! We had no complaints about it and the restaurant and lobby were nice and clean. However, the pool area was oddly a bit dirty. The cabanas and pool furniture were stained and there were lots of fruit flies.

This property was quite lovely! The only thing I didnā€™t quite like is the housekeeping upon request I think that was very cheap of them for such a high end area. I also didnā€™t like that the bathroom isnā€™t stocked with basic necessities, just half used soap dispensers and a bar soap thatā€™s all. The property was however cozy and beautiful! The customer service was great

Good location, poor wifi.
Have stayed here a few times. Staff always great. Wifi terrible and TV options limited. Would I stay again? As a loyal customer for over 10 years, it is a shame the Hotels.com have devalued their rewards program by 80%. So probably not.
