The studio can accommodate up to three adults (two in the queen bed and one in the sofa bed). A toddler and infant may also be accommodated in the toddler cot and travel crib..
Guests have access to the entire guesthouse and its amenities inside. There is also a small shared yard that we invite you to enjoy with us!
We will be available most often in the main house. We try to give our guests their space and privacy so we will likely only check in with you every few days. However, if you need anything at all, please feel free to message me on Airbnb and we will be happy to help!
Wrigley is a historic area of Long Beach filled with well-tended homes built in the '20s and '30s. Take a walk around to enjoy the architecture or grab some Mexican, Thai, or vegan cuisine. The area is eclectic, urban, and culturally diverse.
Street parking can be challenging in the city of Long Beach. Although we do not have parking on-site, we do offer our guests access to a private garage located only a block and a half from the property.
You will be walking distance to Avis rental car. No need to pay high airport prices! We are also conveniently located only a few city blocks from the Metro Blue Line and city buses.

Business travelers: Downtown Long Beach, convention center and Long Beach airport are minutes away. You will also be nestled right between both Los Angeles and Orange County, you'll get the best of both worlds!

We have a two tuxedo cats named Fred and Lucas who live inside the main house and share the yard. They are very friendly and will happily accept any attention you give them. However, they are not allowed in the guesthouse in order to keep it allergen free for our guests.
The gardeners come every other Monday for about one hour.
Street parking only. Like any beach city, you may have to search awhile and walk a few blocks.
· Please be advised that we ask all guests to complete our secure, online guest verification portal after your reservation is created. You will receive an email from our software partner, Superhog, shortly after your reservation is confirmed. Similar to hotel requirements, we ask that guests provide a copy of their government Issued ID and matching selfie. You will be given the option to either purchase a damage waiver at a non-refundable rate of $35 per stay, or provide a fully-refundable $500 security deposit. Please note that there is a non-refundable processing fee of $2 with the security deposit option. These measures are used to prevent fraudulent reservations, for identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL.
· It's important to note that this is a guesthouse behind our home. You may occasionally see us or our guests passing through the yard. Quiet hours are from 9pm to 9am. However, regardless of the time, please keep noise to a minimum and be respectful of the neighbors.
· We make every effort to make sure your stay is as enjoyable as possible, however, we cannot control the activities of our neighbors. It is possible that you may smell cooking, cannabis or other scents in the area. Since this is beyond our control, no refunds will be issued for this circumstance. Please note that cannabis is legal in California, however it is still forbidden within this listing.
· Our cleaners are very busy with multiple turnovers each day, with a limited amount of time. We will charge $20 for each 20 minutes, to our guests that checkout late without prior approval.
· Absolutely no parties, events or gatherings without the host's prior consent. No more than 2 people are allowed inside the unit at any time. We charge $100 per person, per booked night for any additional guest that is not included on the reservation. Exterior cameras are monitored to ensure accurate guest counts.
· One mid-stay cleaning is required for every two weeks of your reservation. If you prefer a specific date or time, we will do our best to accommodate you based around our cleaning schedule.
· The entry gate MUST remained locked at all times. Upon exiting, press any number on the keypad to lock it.
· No open flames or candles are allowed on the property at any time.
· Although we are sympathetic to the city wide shortage of street parking and the possibility of having to walk a bit, please do not block the driveway to our garage. In the event of an emergency, cars must be able to exit without fear of being blocked in.
· Wash your dishes and put your trash in the bin. Turn off the air conditioner, ceiling fans and inside lights before you leave.
· Please be mindful of bed sheets and towels. Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels. Please use grey washcloths to remove makeup and white washcloths for bleaching products. When washing, please separate whites and colors. Unsalvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest.
· If you do happen to stain or break something during your stay, please notify us immediately via the Airbnb message system. We often have guests checking in and out on the same day. By notifying us in advance of any damages, we will be able to make sure the home is in proper order for the following guest.
· No smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes allowed on the property (either indoors or the yard). Please feel free to partake in these activities just outside of the entry gate.
· Please treat our place kindly and clean up after yourself. We do ask that try to keep the space in similar condition to which you found it. Our cleaning fees are based on the expectation that guests do some general tidying up before their departure. In the event that the housekeeper discovers an unreasonable mess, an excess cleaning fee in the amount of $150 will be charged to the guest.
· Sometimes unexpected events can interrupt travel plans, especially during these uncertain times. We strongly recommend purchasing CFAR travel insurance to cover your expenses in the event that you must cancel your reservation.
