As always the staff was exceptional. I love the CitizenM concept although my husband wasn't a fan---good thing I travel more than he does!! Alone the room is perfect and all I need. Clean, love the tablet control concept...and the beds? Can you say "ZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz"?

Great hotel, very clean and eclectic decor. The staff was great and the design made great use of the small-ish rooms. I didn’t love downtown LA, but CitizenM can’t control that

The hotel was super nice and the staff super friendly. Downtown is not a super clean area but there is a lot ot restaurants, bars and place to go around the hotel. I recommand it :)
