we love everything at this hotel,it’s our second time now booking at this hotel,from front desk (Carla) who let us check in early to the nice,very clean and comfortable bed.our experience is always better than any high end hotels.but if it’s your first time in LA it’s kinda far from all the attractions

Almost everything was great--especially, the great front desk customer service. The hotel is generally well-designed and innovative in thinking. One particular downside issue for me was that the shower handle holder would keep dropping despite my attempts to raise it. The area wasn't the greatest, but the security inside seemed very good. Overall, it was a great experience and I enjoyed it.

Rooms are super small, so not ideal for a family or more than 2 people, but that does not take away from how beautiful, clean, and amazing this property is! I loved the technology and convenience of everything with the use of the app and iPad! I definitely recommend!

Good location in Down town . (The positive points) New and clean building . Very polite , young , cooperative and smiling staffs . -------------------------------------------------------------------------- The negative points : (1)- L/ck of parking .
