Unfortunately the photos of the room shown on Hotels.com was not the room we were given. The rooms shown seemed to be in better condition and it included a large tub which we did not have in our room. Knowing this I would not have booked the room.

The staff is so friendly & accommodating. The rooms are well cleaned & kept up. I was able to book 4 different rooms for our trip to universal studio with ease and no complications. Location is not far from US, drive was 8mins with no traffic. Will stay here again if we come back out.

Room was totally bare necessities. There was no hot tub in my room. I had to ask for hangers, ice bucket and glasses. had to pay a $150 damage deposit up front. I would definitely not recommend this place and will never, ever stay here again.

When we drove in we saw a homeless person smoking something. The check in was okay but the rooms were in horrible condition. I didn’t feel comfortable with me and my family sleeping under the covers so we slept on top of them. The headboards were labeled left side and right side. There were marks all over the walls the toilet seat was rusted overall one of the worst experiences of my life.

My stay at this motel was nothing short of fantastic. The room was impeccably clean and cozy, making me feel right at home. If you’re looking for fancy and frills then this is definitely not the destination for you. The area is definitely not the best area in town. There’s a homeless camp in the extra parking lot; however, the tenants did not bother anyone. The main parking lot is very small and our car fit: however, a larger vehicle would not fit well. The office staff was extremely friendly and welcoming when we checked in upon arrival. The room was as pictured when I made the reservation. The beds were ok, not the most comfortable ever, but they sufficed. The 2 chairs that were provided to sit in were broken though and thankfully I noticed before someone sat down. It was close to universal studios which was convenient as that was our destination for this trip.

I did not even stay at this property, i got there after a long day of travel to be told to park on the street where there was a small homeless tent. I was then told i can double park but to turn in my keys. As a hotel with parking, i should not have to park on the street. When i asked for a refund, since i didnt know we would struggle with parking, i was told to contact expedia. Expedia tried to request a refund which turned into a back and forth battle. They were not at maximum capacity and did not even offer a partial refund. This place wants you for your money and only that. They do not care for hospitality or customer service. I had to take a loss as a PREPAID guest who never checked in. Pay the extra money and stay elsewhere! Im sure I'll get a lame "sorry you had an unpleasant experience" comment. No, you dont care, if you did, you wouldnt treat guests trying to give you business this way.
