The Burbank airport is also very close, as well as beautiful hiking trails.
This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home was well updated, providing a great flow through the house, and features a beautiful backyard to enjoy the warm Southern California weather!

The modern kitchen is outfitted with a five-burner gas stove, double-door refrigerator, dual sinks, lots of counter space, and all the essential amenities. In addition to the dining area with space for up to eight people, the breakfast bar with high-top seating is ideal to gather friends and relatives while preparing a delightful homemade feast!
The bedrooms all feature luxurious linens and pillows, Smart TVs, and ceiling fans for your comfort. One bedroom has a king-size bed and the two others are queen-size.
Greenview has two full bathrooms – One with dual sinks and a tub/shower combination, and the second one with a walk-in shower.
As you step into the vast backyard, you are welcomed by a large patio area featuring outdoor tables and seating, a gas BBQ grill, and a brick fireplace for nice and cozy evenings under the stars. KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is outfitted with a full 5-burner gas stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, and all your cookware. There is a traditional drip-style coffee pot, blender, and toaster. Additionally, all your cutlery as well as tableware are stocked. Basic spices (sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil) are provided for your cooking needs.
PARKING: Private driveway parking. There is no garage access.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is any time before 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.
