This was my second time visiting the hotel. Convenient location however I did not get my VIP access. Wasn’t thoroughly able to enjoy my birthday visit as I got a knock on the door from security twice complaining of “noise” 1st time we were listening to music, however the second time I was asleep on Ambien!

Lobby was very nice and clean. Room was very clean and the hotel was walking distance to shopping centers and walking distance to the crypto arena. They only offer valet parking in the hotel and that is $55 per night.

My grandson and I stayed here one night while attending a concert at BMO Stadium. It was a great experience from the minute we pulled in the drive. The valet parking was well worth the $ we paid (such friendly service too). Upon entering the lobby, first thing I noticed was the cleanliness and it smelled great. The front des staff was so accommodating, helpful, and kind. They even took the time to teach us how to use the downtown metro train. The room was comfortable, clean and quite. We will stay there again! Excellent

The property was nice and in a good location. The do charge a deposit fee on $100 per night of your stay which they don't tell you. Our room the shower was clogged up they did come fix it right away.

I enjoyed my 3 day stay at E-central. It was nice and clean, staff were fantastic. Nearby soul food restaurant was on point! It is right across the street from the Grammy Museum and a stone’s throw away from the Crypto arena. There was a lot of outside noise at night and you can hear the people above walking around. Overall great stay.
