Everything was great at check in and through the night we asked for late check out yesterday and they said the latest they could do was 12 we said thank you. Today when i go to check out. Jessica she said her name was gave me attitude. Rolled her eyes. Said it vouldnt have been accepted yesterday. Then said she would put ne in the do not come again. List. In short: great facilities/features, poor service. The hotel and its features were excellent, but the service was lacking. When my spouse and I checked in, we extended our departure time the next day from 11am to 12:30pm. However, this was missed by the staff who took on the next shift or not properly entered into the system because staff were knocking on our door at just before 11am and several times after as well as calling us at 11:45 telling us that we needed to leave by 12pm. Moreover, when we entered the bathroom, we found the toilet paper roll half used, missing amenities (bar soap), and found two already used soap bars in the shower. If it was for this, I would have given the hotel a 5 star cleanliness rating. Would I stay here again? Probably, especially if I could count on the service to be better.

I was there one night, even though I booked 2. I had a very important meeting the next day and the whole night until 3am there was really loud music playing that kept me awake. The room also smelled strongly of armpit.
