Overall this property was wally good. The pool is very run down though and access was difficult. The gym was tiny but I'm sure its not a priority to most. The restaurant and bar not being open til 4 or 5pm wasn't ideal. The rooms however were spacious and clean. As was the lobby and all other areas. The shuttle to and from the airport provided by the hotel is fantastic also.

After sneezing all night while trying to sleep, we noticed a filthy vent covered in mold. This was the culprit. I shared this with the on sote manager and was assured it would be addressed right away. While walking around the hotel, I noticed various return vents covered covered with dirt and lint. General maintenance needs to be improved.

Not what it used to be,
We use to stay here pre- pandemic but the service has dropped this recent visit. The desk staff at night made it seemed like we were inconveniencing them by wanting to check in. The room had bugs and the shelf in the shower was busted. Stains on the couch and one of towels. They told us $49 a day to park but ended up charging us $69. Only one of our 2 key cards actually worked. Their breakfast staff was understaffed and we gave up on ordering breakfast before leaving. At least the rooms are spacious and the bed was comfortable.

In comparison to other Embassy Suites, this one was dirty and run down. The shower was broken so there was low pressure from shower head while water was gushing from bottom tub spout, there was grime on the bathroom door frame, chips in tub and mirror, beds and pillows were not very comfortable, and happy hour offered only 1 limited wine or beer drink and no appetizers. However, the staff were nice and helpful and the food from their restaurant was convenient, fast and good.

Good place with great location.Room could be updated specially bathroom. Cool feature for room service, red for do not disturb and green for service. Had green light on for 2 days without service. Called front desk and was told I have to request room service with front desk, didn’t see a point for having the room service button in room. Breakfast is good but it’s same everyday.

We had just flown in after a 4 hour flight and were tired. Unfortunately the air conditioner in our room didn’t work very well and the fan made a racket. Was too tired to complain and change rooms etc. Additionally we were awakened at 1AM by the phone in our room and an automated voice message informed us that there was a robot at our room door with our order. Well we hadn’t ordered anything and when I got up and went to the door there’s a robot that had 2 rolls of toilet paper for us! This is an older Embassy Suites and just wasn’t up to the standards I expect from this chain. I go to LA a fair amount and won’t be using this place again.

Very comfortable bed and very nice room. Unfortunately the evening reception was not what I remembered from previous stays at Embassy Suites as the free drinks were limited to beer and wine and a limit of one. But overall it was a nice place to get my bearings after a long European flight.

Helpful staff, excellent shuttle service to LAX, large rooms, complimentary drinks and snacks, and a few restaurants around the corner. Perfect for a place to stay very near LAX.

Our stay was excellent. We only stayed one night but it was very accommodating. Places to eat near by and the breakfast downstairs in the morning was awesome!
