We felt very unsafe at this location and left the booking early. We saw evidence of drug activity and also convinced that prostitution was occurring as well. We have lived in LA previously and know the signs. Additionally, the property is incredibly run down and the room was dirty with dust, hair, broken furniture, and worse. This location is absolutely awful as compared Extended Stays elsewhere and should not be listed on legitimate travel sites. Only redeeming trait of this location was front desk staff was friendly, but they cant overcome a horrible overall experience. Stay far far away from this location, not worth it!

Close to airport = plus. Sink and shower leak. Toilet dirty. Fridge broken with no offer to fix or move me to another room. Smelly everywhere maybe from too many pets or cooking smells without adequate ventilation? Extremely dodgy looking tenants that hang around a lot. On a voucher system maybe?

If it wasn’t for the location, I would give this hotel a 1 star. The exterior is nice but the inside is worn down. The carpet is very stained and it gave a certain smell. The towels are dirty. The hotel had complimentary breakfast (which is one of the reasons why we booked the hotel) but they only had coffee, nutrigrain bars and oatmeal. Sometimes they ran out of breakfast within the first hour. I would not book this hotel again.

Room keys refused to work. Had to make at least half a dozen trips to the front desk to get keys made, and invariably only one would work (if at all). Night manager had very poor, combative attitude. Room smelled. Parking was atrocious. Elevators had issues. Could never enter of leave except through front entrance.

Very Good, Not Great - Safe, quiet+ close to stuff
It was rather confusing at the start. I called at 12 Noonto request an early check in and they said if we came by after 1 PM we would be able to check in. So we drove across town and arrived at 2:10 PM only to be told check in was 'after' 3 PM. I said I understood but had called in and spoken with the front desk. She apologized for the miscommunication, but no rooms were available. Ugh. The room was clean but the pillows (3 only) were awful and the sheets rough like sandpaper. There was only a thin blanket so I am glad I brought my own blanket from the car. There was no shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom - only to read on a sticker on the last day it was avilable at the front desk ON REQUEST. This was not offered at check in nor mentioned on the website. Nor was the fact that housekeeping was extra and on request. I was surprised to see the room was untouched when we got back from a long day out. Thank goodness we hung up all the towels. Overall the room was fine. The bed as not great and the pillows and bedding 'fine' but not great. The TV had no ability to connect to any apps or allow for streaming- big miss. Plus there was a napkin in the hallway of the stair way for over 36 hours. I ended up picking it up and throwing it out. It annoyed me too much. Plus there was missing pain on the bathtub/ shower which made it look run down. But, it was centrally located, close to the freeway and shopping and lots of easy parking. So you get what you pay for and it was ok! Thanks!

This place is run down and gross. It smelled like someone had been microwaving fish on my floor. Every surface was dinged and dingy. The floor of my room was sticky. The bed crunched when I sat on it and the sheets were so suspicious that I laid towels down on the bed and slept on those. The bathtub/shower was so gross that I felt my body would be cleaner NOT using it, even after days of travel. I will never ever stay here again.
