Highly recommend the Fairmont Gold rooms. Staff was was phenomenal, especially Alice, Bella, Elizabeth, Janeth and Brice. All made you feel special and welcoming. Excellent fitness area. Fairmont Hotels should be proud of the property and more proud of the staff that represented them.

I would highly recommend this hotel! Everything from the friendly staff to the cleanliness and condition of all areas like the Lobby, restaurant, gym , common area restrooms and rooms is impressive. Very close ( walking distance) to shopping Mall and restaurants 10 minute drive to Rodeo drive , Beverly Hills sign. There is some current construction going on but hotel is still easily accessible.

Right next to the world class mall, shopping and dining are within walking distance. Also in walking distance is Beverly Hills. The Fairmont gold experience was excellent as they serve drinks and food all day with friendly and professional staffers.
