Had to wait a half an hour upon arrival at the front desk to check in as nobody was working and then when the worker came there was a line up of 5 people so had to wait another 20 minutes.

Good hotel option close to LA proper. Plenty of parking for guests at a reasonable price. Surprisingly quiet considering how close it is to highways. Clean property and rooms. Some of the furnishings are dated (as expected for the price around LA), but do not mistake that for things being dirty. Staff was just fine and did not seem rude as other reviews may suggest. Only real issue was an improperly draining shower.

The place is good for a budget stay. The room is clean and presentable, there’s small fridge and coffee maker inside our room.I liked the free hot drinks which is available 24/7 in the lobby. Most staff were helpful and friendly. The place is closer to food shops.

This hotel is very nice, especially for the cost. I stay here a lot when in town because of this. They only thing I don’t like is that they charge $15 per night for parking, it should be included in the price of the hotel, it doesn’t make sense to me that it would cost extra. In big cities, I can understand charging for parking, but not in an area such as Glendale. Other than that, nice hotel, the rooms do all have a bit of a stale smoke smell though, but I can deal with that.

Liked everything except: the next door neighbors were too noisy, late night and above us early morning stomping feet, and the curtain didn’t cover all the window. Which made it to bright for me to rest.

Torn curtains, clogged sink in the bathroom, view of trash receptacles from the room, bed was not comfortable This is a Glendale Lodge but it was falsely advertised as Glendale Hotel Substandard rooms.. they are very very old and do not like what’s advertised in the photos There was construction going on on the entire floor.. the carpets were ripped off.. Even though they had their own parking space, they still charged $15 for parking
