Was attending a concert across the street at the Wiltern, so it was nice to stay here and walk across the street to the Wiltern in just a couple of minutes. Check in was quick and easy and the room was comfortable. Good and safe parking under the building. The only issue was the extremely high security deposit: $300! Not sure why it’s so high. So, just be careful in the room.

Don't be fooled by pictures
The hotel smells and is dirty. Old carpet in hallway. Our room was hot and ac wasn't sufficient for entire room. Beds hard uncomfortable. Do not recommend I'll never stay again.

love that this place is conveniently close to everything in ktown but please spend the extra money booking elsewhere! Horrible service, rooms/hallway/elevator smell insane and you have to pay $300 up front just for issues/incidents!

I was skeptical about the area and the hotel after reading the Yelp reviews (after I arrived) but, I’m pleased to report that my stay was pretty good. My son figured out the a/c situation (there’s a remote control on the dressing table) and the room was clean, beds as comfortable as can be expected in a hotel. The parking lot was a NIGHTMARE!! I HATED IT! The hotel WAS VERY stuffy and smelly in the hallways, the tv wouldn’t connect to the DTV service and the key system was down so, we had to be let into the room when we checked in. But, by the time we returned from the TVGirl concert at the Wiltern (literally across the street), the front desk had our key waiting for us. Other than that, it was a decent stay, near everything we wanted to be close to. Sorry I didn't take any pictures of the room. Idk if I’d ever stay here again but, it served the purpose for a night.

Average at best. The room was small. Carpet in hallway was old and dirty. Parking area dark and felt unsafe. A stairwell led to the street with no restrictions. No in-room coffee. AC not adjustable and was loud. Not worth the amount that I paid. Homeless people around thhe street and one was lying at the front sidewalk this morning.
