Gross Stains stay
when I arrived in my room it was filthy. The air was not on so it was muggy and humid when we entered and then to our surprise the ac unit was in Korean so we didn’t understand how to use the remote but we turned it on manually. For a hotel that has a $300 deposit for staying you’d expect for the room to be clean so you know what your deposit covers when something happens but honestly I walked in and it looked like they made the bed but didn’t clean. There was hair in the bathroom from the people before us. Towels and blankets both had stains on them The walls had gross spots that could have been anything We asked for new towels and they gave us one. Not worth the money I would have rather stayed at motel6 it would have been the same and I would have saved $700.

The “security” for the hotel tried opening my bedroom door at 4 AM. He kept knocking trying to get inside the room after yelling at him to leave me alone and that I have pepper spray and that I was calling the Police. He claimed he was trying to deliver a DoorDash order to us, however we never ordered anything. And why would the hotel security try to OPEN our door multiple times to deliver food?? This place is beyond sketchy and not in a good area. I’ve traveled alone before and never in my life I ever felt so unsafe in a hotel, especially in LA. Hotel did not offer a refund. Security should be FIRED for attempting to enter our room at 4 AM. Would not recommend to anyone unless you want to be fearful during your entire stay. Pay for a better hotel elsewhere.

Don't expect much from this hotel aside from AC in the room. The room has limited amenities (no coffee machine, iron or iron machine, old TV, lack of channels on television).

Drapes are made so that they cover the air conditioner unit. You always have to fight them to move them out of the way to get air into the room but to also pull them over the window. Very annoying. No coffee in the rooms.

I got a little nervous with the reviews but my room was clean, ac worked, the staff was nice and I stayed here two nights. It could use more outlets, but the bed was comfortable. The deposit is 300 but if you’re mindful you will get it back right away. It was right next to a cute area with good food and drinks and a Ralphs! Everywhere in LA is a little wishy washy like there was a man laying in the front the whole time we were there. The parking is also 20 not 10 but still better than most and only a flat rate. This was honestly fine. I wasn’t too far from BMO stadium. Everything was a little outdated but everything worked :)

Stayed here for the xdh and ateez concert the place wasn’t that bad despite some bad reviews they made me a bit nervous but I enjoyed my stay everyone was nice and check in was quick the room although very small was clean and comfy it was just my sister and I so it wasn’t that bad the only thing I do agree with is the $300 deposit is insane but I would definitely stay here again it’s close to everything!

Hair in the bathtub and on floors in the bathroom. The mattress was extremely hard; hurt my back. Difficult to sleep on the mattress. The bed had no headboard. It was basically a mattress thrown in the room. The television was set on the table and did not move. Very outdated furniture . It took the receptionist 30min to check us in.
