The hotel is beautiful in downtown Long Beach with a great view of the port and the swimming pool!! Staff was friendly, large rooms, game area and bar!!

Nice hotel, but I booked a King Bed room and they tried to downgrade me to a 2 Queen beds due to them overselling. They tried to “upgrade” me for a fee to King Balcony which is unnecessary, to pay for what I book.
