This hotel just feels tired. The room was very large but under furnished so it just felt empty. I had an absolutely massive deck off of my room which could have been amazing but it also was weirdly under furnished. Everything was clean and the mattress/ pillows were good quality so that was all nice. Im not a big TV watcher but the TV didn’t work. Also the room didn’t have nearly enough lighting provided and all the lights had really dim bulbs which was so odd and all of the overhead lights did that creepy flickering thing that bad old florescent bulbs do when they were first turned on. Overall nothing was overtly “wrong” but I definitely would not choose to stay here again.

Arrived at Catalina terminal at 9 pm nice young man picked us up and we drove right by the hotel to take another guest to a store and after that he waited for two other guests to shop at store. We finally got to the hotel at 9:45 pm and waited in line to check in because there was only one person at guest services. The hotel is 5 minutes from the Catalina terminal

Shuttle picked us up and drove by the hotel 5 minutes later and stopped to let people shop, waited for other people to shop and finally 45 min later we got to the hotel. Waited inline because only one agent at counter. Gave us an ADA room without telling us, by then we were too tired to go back down ang wait in line again, never go back!

The room was clean and no smell. Bed was super hard, so for me uncomfortable. Place seems a bit run down. Frontdesk had 3 people for check in. Only one was nice, smiling amd welcoming. The other 2 never smiled, but did do their job. The parking and luggage attendants were very friendly, happy to help, smiling and welcoming. Overall the experience was ok but way over priced for the run down conditions. Probably wouldn't stay again.

The staff is very friendly. The hotel parking for guests was blocked off for another event. The party in the next room kept us awake till we decided to find another hotel at 1:30 am because they wouldn’t be quiet after the staff asked them to & we asked them to. FYI the hotel will not refund your money.

Love this spot. The lobby is great with a Starbucks in the lobby. The AC and bathrooms are a little old, but the rooms are really well kept. Staff is great and the location is walkable to many amazing local restaurants.
