Clean, quiet, and friendly. Parking right up front was nice to have. Handicap room was large and convenient. Nothing negative to say without sounding petty. Overall great experience and the tacos next door were excellent. No cash for snack shop, card only.

I arrived at the hotel at 12:50 am, and unfortunately, my check-in experience was quite frustrating. My family and I didn’t get into our room until 1:30 am due to multiple issues with our room keys. Initially, I sent my kids to the room while I completed check-in, but the key didn’t work, so we had to switch rooms. On the second attempt, I sent my wife and kids, but again, the key didn’t work. After being assigned a third room, we all went together, but the key still didn’t work. Finally, we went back to the front desk, where the key was reset once more, and it finally worked for our third room. It was a frustrating start to our stay, especially given the late hour and the repeated back-and-forth. I hope the hotel improves their key management system to avoid this kind of inconvenience for future guests.

Our biggest complaint was that we never had hot water, only warm. A bit disappointing. The second complaint was that the streaming services on the TV were not working so we werent able to sign in to our Netflix Account at night.

The property was very nice and clean staff was very nice. Good location for what we had planned right in the middle of universal studios and knots berry farms. Rooms were very nice and bed was very comfortable.

Gunshots heard at night and there was a man that got arrested who was knifing car tires and breaking into a car. Hotel is in a bad area, would not recommend. Also the hot water doesn’t get hot only lukewarm and they only offer fat free milk which was not ideal for my toddler. Disappointed.

This property was clean and very well kept. I was impressed with the layout of the room and the friendly staff. Sydney at the front desk was very patient and pleasant with my check in. It was also a big plus to have Taco Factory within walking distance with great tacos!
