I will start with the positive: the staff is polite and courteous. The room is basic and was relatively clean. Now for why I will never stay at this location again. I reserved a King bed studio. I utilized the pullout sofa since no double bed options were available. It was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress was uneven and lacked cushion. The fitted sheet had a large stain in the middle of the sheet (obviously it was not changed by housekeeping). The phone in my room didn't work so I couldn't call the front desk or housekeeping to notify them. It was late at night when I checked in and I had just drove 6 hours so I just removed the sheet and told them the next day because I was too tired to take the elevator back downstairs. There is only valet parking at this location. Self parking is not an option. When I read the reviews I noticed people complained about valet parking and the price and how slow it is to retrieve your vehicle, but no one mentioned that it is the only parking option. My problem with this is that it should be fully disclosed and since I made a reservation through a third-party I was told by the front desk staff that it is a buried detail on the third-party's website. I am not a fan of valet parking.

They will put you in a different room than what you booked. They change their words and are the worst with customer service. They were supposed to put me in the accurate room that I purchased but they never did. There is a reason why they have terrible rating online even though being a new hotel lol. Walls are so thin that I couldn’t sleep because of noise. I learned my lessons

Everyone was so kind and helpful.
I was on a business trip and had two large packages of samples sent to the hotel for my presentation. The staff was so nice and helpful. The bellhop even helped us get them to the Post Office to ship back.
