Overall it was a great place to stay. Quiet, clean and friendly. I was a little disappointed one of the bath towels had a hole and the cover / blanket on the bed was actually a bed skirt - that was weird. Sunday breakfast was definitely better than Saturday. But overall great place.

Good location for our visit to Six flags Magic mountain, plenty of free parking. Room spacious although sofa bed mattress very thin and not suitable for sleeping on, teenage son managed just sleeping on the sofa cushions but not ideal. Room smelt strongly of weed, reception offered to spray some air freshener when we mentioned. Breakfast was nice and varied although best to get there early as some items ran out and werenā€™t replaced.

The hotel itself, staff, offerings, etc. were very average (which isnā€™t a bad thing - just unremarkable). It was a poor check in experience that tarnished our stay. We were only staying one night for a special event nearby. We arrived at 3 PM which was the post to check in time. We were told that the room was not ready to come back in 30 to 40 minutes. So we did, and the room was still not ready. After another short wait, they gave us the key to the room. We went to the room, and it had not been cleaned. We returned to the lobby, only to find out it would be another 20ā€“30 minutes. The associate at the front desk (Riley?) was very nice to us and apologetic, and offered us beverages and snacks. However, by the time we got to the room, we were not able to do any of the plans we were hoping to do before our event that night. We had to quickly get ready and head off to our event.

The sofa bed is broken. Called FD for replacement, no rollaway available. No pads available. Only gave us thin blanket to sleep. Paid for 5 people to sleep. My son ended up sleeping on the couch Instead of the bed.

Nice and new
One of the best hotels I've stayed in. It's brand new, and smells brand new. You can see Six Flags right out the window. It's pet friendly, so be aware that there may be animals on site. I'm highly allergic, yet I did not have any problems with allergies while I was there.

Property is always clean and well-kept. For some reason breakfast wasnā€™t up to par this time. Really disappointed because usually they have great breakfast. Hopefully they improve their menu asap. Other than that, our stay was a pleasant.

The people above us damaged their room causing a flood of water to come into our room. We had to move rooms and we had our dog with us. The problem was that we had left for the day and they called us back to move rooms and move our dog and we were already at the amusement park. I feel like that night shouldve been comped or partially comped. Not satisfied with the services. We got free snacks which we had our own i didn't care about getting more snacks.

The staff is great there. The charging station is bad, 2/3 are out of work. Even the staff restarted the circuit breaker, the station stopped working after 1 minute. The air conditioner is old and pretty noisy.

This place seemed amazing but of the Wednesday-Sunday stay WE NEVER HAD OUR TOOM CLEANED, asked front desk 2x and still nothing. Issue by the pool with an unsupervised child hitting people and that was barely addressed of at all!!
