The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly, from the valet, the front desk staff to the bartenders. We'll definitely keep this hotel in mind for future trips. Only thing that kept happening was missing my turn into the hotel. I had to drive around the block a few times because the entrance is easy to miss but definitely not a deal breaker. Von's, Bank of America and an urgent care right across the street.

great hotel!
This hotel was upgraded recently, and is very pretty. The valet parking attendants were nice and prompt. I especially liked the bed in our room, as it was not too soft or hard, and did not have soggy spots. The bartenders were great, and so was the server in the morning for the continental breakfast, which was included in the price.

Clean overall and really nice staff ! Valet even knew my name and was engaging. Ali was great at Check in. He’s super friendly. Noticed the was a change air filter sign in my room 347 and dead bugs in the light at the center of the room. Other than that everything was excellent
