Very nice hotel, enjoyed our stay. During our visit the roof top pool was reserved for a party and we could not use it. But overall recommend this place.

This was a terrible stay. Pool was unavailable due to private party. Staff was rude and did not properly communicate why they were kicking us out or where we could go. On Sunday there was a pool party and the facility was absolutely filthy. DJ was playing songs with illicit lyrics in front of very young children. Total disgraceful behavior by the hotel. The hotel wants to be seen as highly rated but acts like a cheap flea bag hotel.

This was such a good stay for DTLA. People are trying to come in off the street to enjoy the facilities, so also great spot for a day pass.

It has a very nice & small roof top pool & bar. The food was very tasty there & in the restaurant. The only downside was the shower drain was very slow. It took two separate requests to have it repaired. Location is nice for seeing downtown LA

Beautiful stay! I had to stay an extra night because of my delayed flight and decided to have new scenery! I was bummed that I booked the wrong hotel the whole time! I should’ve stayed here from the beginning! Not only that, I found out I was a Marriott Bonvoy ELITE! I’ve been missing out on my perks! I loved the perks of being one! Thanks to the front desk for reminding me! I will definitely stay here again! I already miss my tub and very comfy bed! 😩

High design hotel in the heart of downtown LA
We only stayed a day but hit up the rooftop pool and enjoyed room service breakfast which was unreal. Staff was great and the valet parking manager called us by name every time we got our vehicle.

The rooms were beautiful and the windows completely shut out all noise from the street. Every single person working there from the valet to the cafe to the front desk to housekeeping were so sweet and helpful! The pool is beautiful and the food delicious. Recommend the chicken wrap. Restaurant downstairs gorgeous too.

This hotel is well decorated and comfortable. The staff are kind and helpful. The rooftop pool is a plus. The area is not great - but that’s typical of downtown LA - which has its challenges - but also a wealth of museums, restaurants and cultural activities. Recommend staying here and using Uber to get around.
