I was disappointed that upon check in, I asked for a room that had 2 beds rather than one because I was traveling with my daughter, and even though one was available they would not upgrade us without a $100 charge. Usually if a room request is available when checking in, a hotel with make the switch even if it’s technically an upgrade. So we stuck with our king bed, and the room was very nice and we enjoyed the hotel. It’s in a great area!

staff super nice and helpful (they helped me find bars that I might like and safe to go alone), car service excellent excellent, room is great. All staff pretty nice. only downside, they are renovating, the lobby is so small and look not high-end. might want to return
