Clean, comfortable, convenient to Hollywood Blvd
Clean and comfortable room. The hotel is located within our event so it was very convenient for us. Paid $10 per night for parking in their unsecured lot, but didn't have any issues. Check-in person was friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night so we didn't experience cleaning service, but a friendly housekeeping staff member who said goodbye to us on our way out looked like she was going to work on our room next.

This was a last minute booking to La Mirage Inn. Upon check in, the staff was very pleasant, the hotel itself, mmmm not so much. Our room was directly behind the check in counter, first floor. Not ideal if you want peace and quiet. You will hear people talking outside your room and the sound of walking and stomping from the guest above. The room had a strong smell of cleaning products and fabric detergent with a mix of sewer. If that makes sense. I’m very sensitive to smells. We only stayed one night but I don’t think I’ll be staying there again unless, like this time, I was desperate and booked last minute. Parking is $10.00, but it’s reasonable considering it’s LA and it’s in a good location.

Great Base for Exploring Hollywood
Great location for exploring Hollywood and Griffith Park. Not a lot of frills, but it’s clean and the staff is great. Walking distance to some great bars and restaurants; short drive to Hollywood attractions.
