Love Venice beach so wanted to be in this area a couple of days. Neighbourhood has gotten a little sketchier than it used to be but its an easy walk to the beach, just don't hang around after dark... The girls at the Lincoln were great, friendly and helpful and the rooms have been updated and were cute and spacious (we are a family of 4) and we had plenty of room which was great.

We weren't expecting a 5-star hotel for this stay, but the Lincoln Inn was quite a disappointment. Our biggest complaint was that there were hairs in the bed when we turned down the covers! When I spoke to the clerk about it, she just tried to assure us that clean sheets were put on the beds that day, and those hairs probably belonged to the maid. Not a great experience.

It may look shabby at first sight. But once you enter the room, only exterior seems to be shabby. The room is clean, modern and has almost everything you need for vacation. McDonald is located just next to this hotel and good for breakfast. And front staff is so kind. I highly recommend if you stay around Santa Monica.

Everything was good! Hotel Inside was good and clean. The card to get inside the hotel wasnt working but it was an easy fix took less than five minutes.

The staff where amazing and very helpful little scary at night so I wouldn’t go walking the room was very clean and the beds where comfortable but every time someone in the hotel would flush the toilet it sounded like water was coming down the wall very noisy

The hotel is open without security at night for the general public. At least there must be gates at the main entrances and only the people who are staying have access to the property to feel safer. You can hear everything from outside in the rooms. The property on the outskirts does not It is in good condition, only the rooms have been remodeled.

Amazing all around! My plane landed early & my room was all ready to go before I was able to check in! I was iffy about this place cause the reviews & neighborhood but honestly the service, front desk & housekeeping was PHENOMENAL! 1. The front desk staff were super nice & helpful. I’m not sure why our room key stop working 2 times but the both times we had issues the front staff was super nice & helpful with getting our key to work. 2. The rooms definitely had an upgrade to them! We stayed on 2nd floor in room 211. New carpet upstairs & the room was nice & clean. The beds were comfortable! 3. Housekeeping, I give my most respect to! They came in each day to clean & make our beds, gave us new towels each day. They respected our stuff. One of the beds had our suitcase left on it open & they respected that & did not move anything & made the 1 bed that had nothing on it! Thank you for giving us the best stay during our trip! Will definitely return when in the area again! 😊

The room was large and recently remodeled with nice fixtures, and the staff was very pleasant; the lack of coffee and tea was disappointing -- we had to go down the street. The traffic on Lincoln Blvd is horrendous, making getting into and out of the parking lot a bit of a challenge, but there is underground, gated parking, definitely a plus.
