Front desk was not very good. I even called in advance to check in and my room wasn’t ready for hours after the regular check in time. While the person next to me was told that their room would be ready at 4 PM because that’s the regular check in time. Restaurant service was not great. Room service service was horrendous, Breakfast did not include condiments or silverware, and when I requested, they act as if I was asking for something foreign. The Bellman / Concierge service was fantastic! Had to request maid service any day that I actually wanted it and it was clear my shower hadn’t been washed in sometime. Although it has a great location for the price, I would not recommend staying there.

Excellent facility nestled in the heart of UCLA. Great walks around campus. Food was also extremely good in the hotel’s restaurant and there is a no-tipping policy which blew me away.

Always Choose the Luskin
The Luskin Hotel has always been our go-to when staying in the Westwood area. The staff is always more than accommodating, the location on campus is very nice, and the restaurant always has good food and drinks.

This is a beautiful property right in the heart of UCLA and Westwood Village. The area is walkable and safe. Lawson, who checked us in, went above and beyond. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again. The only thing is last time we stayed, breakfast was included. That is no longer an option. But, nonetheless, we very much enjoyed our stay.
